Manage Your TauQuest Data

Parents and guardians can request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of TauQuest account data.

Request Account Deletion

To delete a parent account and associated child profiles, email privacy@tauquest.com from the parent email address associated with the TauQuest account. Use the subject line "Delete my TauQuest account".

We will verify the request and delete account records, child profiles, Rocky memory, and synced progress unless retention is required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

Request Access or Correction

To request a copy or correction of account information, email privacy@tauquest.com with the parent email address and a short description of the request.

Preview Mode

If TauQuest is used without a parent account, preview data is stored on the device. You can remove local preview data by deleting the app from the device. If a parent account was later created, contact us to delete synced data.

Response Time

We aim to respond to privacy requests within 30 days. Some requests may require additional verification to protect family accounts.
